The Dylan’s Low & Slow menu (available from 4pm every Friday, Saturday and Sunday) features a selection of meats slow cooked for 24 hours on a BBQ smoker grill. Nab a seat on the terrace and try the smoked Irish beef brisket served with corn bread, chipotle fried shrimp and a spicy kimchee slaw or sink your teeth into glazed BBQ pork ribs drizzled in Kitty O’Byrne turf sauce with a crunchy fennel, apple and radish salad or the sticky pork shoulder on a brioche bap. Revisit Twin Peaks

Hollywood Babylon presents Twin Peaks 25th Anniversary Party in Smithfield this Saturday. There’ll be prizes for best costumes and the Lighthouse will be serving doughnuts and their ‘Coop’ and ‘Audrey’ cocktails (one served ‘blacker than midnight on a moonless night’, the other with cherries, stems included) on the night, as guests enjoy the special Twin Peaks photo booth. From 7pm-9pm there’ll be a themed Table Quiz and at 10.45pm, there’ll be a screening of Lynch and Frost’s terrifying masterpiece Twin Peaks Fire Walk With Me, their prequel to the celebrated television series chronicling Laura Palmer’s last days.
