Being Scandinavian, IKEA will always hold a pretty special place in my heart.
And having seen this incredibly glorious pro-breastfeeding sign that was displayed in an Ikea UK store last week, it did little to curb my feelings towards the iconic furniture store.
I mean; just look at how the store welcomes mums to breastfeed whenever and wherever they are with an amazing sign:
Instead of simply providing a designated area, which is always welcome for mums who would like some privacy, this Ikea store has dedicated the entire store as a “nursing station.”
Get comfortable and feed your babies; what a message to send to nursing mamas, guys!
Way to go, IKEA, and may the rest of your stores — and really, everywhere — follow suit.
