Fancy diving into November with a baby and me swimming class?
To celebrate the first-ever National Baby Swimming Week for Ireland which runs from Monday 31 October, we have teamed up with the good folks over at Water Babies to give one HerFamily reader a free baby and me swimming course and photo shoot worth up to €210.
Not only will the classes teach your baby a potentially life-saving skill but it’s also a great way to have some family fun while being fit and active together.
Swimming is one of the best things you can do to bond with your little one. It develops learning skills, boosts confidence, improves coordination and enhances wellbeing.
According to HSE guidelines, babies do not need to have their vaccinations before they can swim meaning you can get started early on.
Just think of all the extra fun you’ll be able to have the next time you go on holiday with your little water baby, there will be no stopping them!
