Ugh. This just happened and it was stomach-turning.
Sunday Brunch viewers have been left feeling nauseous and quite concerned after one of the celebrity guests, ex-cricketer David Gower, did something they deemed disgusting.
David was helping out with the meal on the show by cooking a beetroot chicken, potato and mustard salad. Sounds fine, right? Think again.
While cooking with raw chicken, with raw being the important word here, David licked his fingers. That’s right, he broke one of the most important rules in the kitchen.
He was rubbing the raw chicken with marinade and then licked the raw juices from his hands. You can see the sequence of events below but be warned – it ain’t pretty.
