Tributes paid to one-year-old girl killed in car accident

A woman in her 40s was also killed in the accident.

The family of a one-year-old girl who was killed in a car accident in England has penned an emotional tribute to her.

1-year-old Winnie Campbell died after her family’s Fiat collided with a Mini on the A518 in Newport, England.

A woman in her 40s was killed in the collision too.

Winnie was rushed to hospital but sadly died from her injuries days later. Her parents were taken to hospital too, but are recovering well.

The parents of Winnie have paid tribute to her.

They remembered Winnie as a “happy baby girl” who loved to play and dance.

They said their family now has a “huge hole” that will “never again be filled”.

“She will be missed by all who had the pleasure to love her,” they shared.

“She will always be our beautiful girl.”

Her parents confirmed their baby girl passed away at 18.29 on February 14th.

They said she “gained her angel wings” on Monday evening.

Her father wrote, “Can’t remember life before you, couldn’t imagine life without you…”

“No amount of words can describe the pain how much pain we have endured as a family.

“Our Winnie-Grace fought a tough fight over the last 2 days and she will always be remembered for the darling diva she was.”

They said she was a beloved daughter and granddaughter, as well as a great-granddaughter, niece, and cousin.

“Forever our Valentine,” Winnie-Grace’s family added.

A GoFundMe has been set up to support the family during this harrowing time.
