There are some recipes that are so good they should almost be illegal. This one is a particularly sweet-tasting, indulgent recipe with the potential to be illegal. If you don’t make Oreo bark at some point in your life – you will lead an unfulfilled existence.
You need not go further than the corner shop for these two ingredients, and the results will be incredible:
Ingredients
One packet of Oreos
16oz of white chocolate chips/three bars of white chocolate
Optional Topping: Sugar glitter-sprinkles (perfect for party Oreo bark).
Directions
1. Get a large ziploc bag. Insert the Oreos. Smash the heck out of those Oreos.
2. Retain a cup of smashed up Oreos.
3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 30-second intervals or on your cooker on the lowest heat setting.
4. Dunk the smashed Oreos into the melted chocolate and mix.
5. Line a 9 x 9 baking tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture on top.
6. Sprinkle the cup of smashed-up Oreos over the top.
7. Place in the fridge for an hour. Remove and crack into pieces. Scoff immediately.
