The duo behind the business, Jenny Synnott, from Massachusetts and Cork’s Elaine Coholan, will use the premises as both a café shop and a production facility (just imagine the sweet scent as you walk by.)

Flavours will include White Chocolate & Cranberry, Sea Salted Caramel and Toasted Pecan, Oatmeal Raisin, Banoffee and Carrot Cake Cookie Sandwiches.

Watch the Dublin Cookie Co. crew measure, scoop and bake their famous creations as you dunk your fresh cookie in a range of milks, from almond to plain old cow’s to chocolate or strawberry, as well as teas by Clement and Pekoe and Coffee Culture java.

As if that wasn’t enough, you can also pick up a jar of cookie dough and bake your very own batch at home.

The shop opens on March 5 at 12pm. Cookies and milk date, anyone?
