It’s not a new phenomenon but people are going crazy for melting chocolate balls at the moment.
What is a melting chocolate ball? Well, it’s what dreams are made of.
In actual fact, it’s a chocolate shell which gives way when you pour hot chocolate or toffee sauce over it, often unveiling a hidden dessert such as a brownie or ice cream.
