Right up there alongside thigh gaps, trout pouts and adorable puppies, the avocado is one of the world’s most Instagrammed items.
These days however, you can’t expect a basic avo’ and eggs or guacamole shot to get you those precious likes. Nope, if you want your lunch to work hard for your brand, you’ve gotta be eating an avocado rose.
Sure, they’re a little tricky to create (you’ll need an avocado that’s ripe but not too ripe, firm enough to slice and soft enough to fan out) but once you master the technique you’ll be busting out avocado roses at brunches, lunches and dinner parties.
