In just one week, the new Twitter account, ’50 Nerds of Grey’ has grown to 56,000 followers. Based on the dialogue of EL James’ novel 50 Shades of Grey, the anonymous author paraphrases the original content via some of the funniest tweets we’ve ever read.
Sure, there have been plenty of comical spin-offs to the book and (awful) film, but this one is hands-down the funniest narrative. The author takes lines from the original book and finishes off the sentences with geeky commentary.
Things like Star Trek and computers and all sorts of technology are much more erotically enticing to this author.
These are some of our favourites, prepare to laugh out loud.
