She has never made a secret of the fact that she loves motherhood and remained open to adding to their brood.
And now it seems Jools Oliver is getting exactly what she wished for, as the gorgeous mum-of-four only yesterday confirmed that she and husband Jamie Oliver are indeed expecting their fifth child together, due later this year.
The 41-year-old, who is already mum to Poppy Honey, 14, Daisy Boo, 12, and six-year-old Petal Blossom, as well as five-year-old son Buddy Bear, celebrated her 15th wedding anniversary to her TV star husband only a few months back, and last night the lovely pair made their first public appearance only hours after confirming the happy news.
Speaking to The Mirror when they attended the London premiere of Eddie The Eagle in Leicester Square, Jamie opened up about the news that the Oliver clan was about to expand:
“I thought we’d have a couple of kids but that’s about it. Basically I do what I’m told but she’s an amazing family maker and I just go with it.” The celebrity chef continued: “I love kids. My family keep me honest, I have a weird job, a weird life, but my family keep me quite real.”
As for whether he was hoping for a girl or a boy, the 40-year-old simply replied: “You know what, I’m always grateful for what I get, it would be nice to balance it out a bit.”
