The funeral of a little girl who died after a gate fell on top of her took place this morning.
According to reports, five-year-old Sienna Joyce was playing outside with her cousins in Ashbourne, Co Meath, around 7.10pm on Monday when the accident occurred.
A gate fell on top of her, trapping her underneath. She was taken to Temple Street Children’s Hospital but sadly passed away from her injuries.
Her funeral took place in Finglas this morning and the children were asked to wear Frozen costumes to honour the memory of the little girl.
