Showdown at the Queen Vic.
Stuart Highway has been causing chaos in Albert Square for months.
However, it looks like things may be soon coming to a head soon as EastEnders is reportedly lining up a special two hander episode featuring him and Linda Carter.
Metro report that the episode will see Linda try and expose Stuart’s many, many lies as she tries to get justice for her incarcerated husband, Mick.
The Queen Vic landlord was wrongly jailed for shooting Stuart (when, in fact, Stuart shot himself and framed Mick).
Linda had blocked all methods of communication with her husband and become much closer to Stuart – much to the disgust of her family and viewers at home.
Last night, Linda confirmed what some viewers had suspected – and had been hoping for: she was trying to get close to Stuart to find his weakness and hopefully get him to confess to framing Mick.
But it’s definitely not going to be an easy thing to do.
An insider told the publication:
“Linda has gone through a lot to pull the wool over Stuart’s eyes – even kicking out members of her own family and letting her husband believe that she has turned her back on him. But it soon becomes clear that she will do anything to get justice for Mick.
“As Linda puts the next steps of her plan into action, it culminates into a very intense episode in the Vic between Linda and Stuart.
“We all know what Stuart is capable of but he could have met his match in Linda.
“What viewers can look forward to is a full on battle of wills, some high drama and a fair few twists and turns.”
