Kate Middleton leaves hospital just hours after giving birth: She’s some woman

The couple show off their beautiful little girl before heading home to start their life as a family of four

Incredibly, Kate Middleton emerged outside St Mary’s Hospital this evening and headed home with her beautiful new daughter, but not without giving the world a sneaky peek of the beautiful little newbie.

The gorgeous little Princess was born shortly after 8.30am this morning and the couple emerged from the Lindo Wing this evening at 6.10pm. Yes, we know what you’re thinking too – she’s some woman for one woman. Go K-Middy. It just shows you how much you just get on with things when number two comes along.

Naturally, the focus was on getting Kate and the baby home, so there was no chat to the gathered crowds, but Kate looked a picture of health, rosy-cheeked, in a cheery yellow and white Jenny Packham dress, even a pair of heels (we have no idea how she did that part!) just 12 hours after she arrived at the hospital this morning.

Earlier in the afternoon, Will brought big brother George, who turns two in July, to meet his new baby sister. The adorable toddler delighted the crowds assembled outside by giving them a cheery wave as he made his way inside.

We can’t wait to hear of the name they have chosen, watch this space!
