It’s that time of year again; with Halloween around the corner, it’s time to start planning your MiWadi Trick or Treat For Temple Street Party! Proudly supported by MiWadi.
Last year a whopping €412,000 was raised by an incredible 2,500 party hosts. This year, Temple Street’s target is to raise €500,000 this October.
As well as being a riot of spooky fun, your Trick or Treat party will make miracles happen. It will help Temple Street Children’s Hospital pay for critical Digital X-Ray equipment, which plays an absolutely crucial and life-saving role.
With these high-spec machines, they’ll be able to produce high-quality Digital X-Rays much quicker; meaning larger numbers of children can be seen in one day, reducing stressful waiting times and the length of time those kids have to spend in Radiology.
Adults can get involved by signing up for a Free Trick or Treat Party Pack filled with games and tips to help you plan the best bash ever for friends and families.

Over the past three years MiWadi has helped raise almost €1m for Temple Street. As campaign ambassador, Miriam O’Callaghan knows what a wonderful difference that money can make in the life of a sick child.
Speaking about the campaign, the broadcaster and mum of eight said:
“None of us want to see our child, or any child unwell in hospital. However, when we are faced with that reality, we want them to receive the best possible care and to be as comfortable as possible. Temple Street needs this X-Ray machinery to ensure that the facilities set in place for sick children are of the highest possible standard,”
“Hosting a Halloween party for Trick or Treat for Temple Street is so simple – you and your children get to have fun and at the same time, raise money to help some amazing and brave young children.”
Miriam and her fellow ambassadors, Ruby, Setanta and Billie (all aged 9) are teaming up to encourage everyone – kids, adults, schools, communities and work places – to host a Halloween party and help raise funds for Temple Street this week.
