Is there anything Stacey Solomon can’t do?

From destroying the competition on The X Factor all those years ago to leading panel discussions on Loose Women, the mum-of-two has stolen hearts all around the globe – and kept them by being so lovely and sweet.

Today, Stacey did another great thing and posted a video on her Instagram about how much she loves her “imperfections.”

Complete with a hilarious video and cameos from her kids, the star shows off her “saggy boobies” and her “stretch marks” to prove that even though society might say our imperfections are a bad thing, she loves hers, and she’s not afraid to show it.

SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE ON HOLIDAY WORRYING ABOUT HOW THEY LOOK! You're all perfectly imperfect and unique and beautiful. I thought I'd make a little holiday video celebrating my society labelled "imperfections" because actually I love them, they're part of me, and they have their uses! I think if we can all show off our insecurities then we will all start realising NOBODY escapes the world of perfection that we are all under pressure to keep up with and everyone can sleep a little easier at night knowing everyone comes in different shapes sizes etc etc and we all have the same extra ordinary bits that are seen as "imperfections" but they're not they all tell a story of who we are and why we are and where we are going! ???

In the caption, Stacey makes particular reference to the fact that everybody comes in different shapes and sizes, but that everybody also has the same “ordinary bits” that tell a story about a person.

The Dagenham mum is no stranger to body positivity, having regularly made a point to discuss it on Loose Women.

In this post, she says that there are three things she loves about her bikini body – her muffin top, her “saggy boobies,” and of course, her stretch marks.

According to her, they provide hours of entertainment for her children. The kids are then seen drawing all over their mum’s stomach.

Fair play Stacey, you’re some woman.
