There’s another Emmerdale murder storyline coming up and it’s going to be messy

C’mon, like.

There are other ways to make a show exciting without a load of death, lads.

Whatever, we’re still going to be watching it.

Cast your mind back a few months or years or whatever it was and you might remember that Moira Dingle pushed Emma Barton off a bridge in a very dramatic manner, thus killing her.

It was a whole thing, Moira felt very bad about it, she vowed to keep the secret for the rest of her life, etc.

And while a lot of time has indeed passed, that doesn’t mean that Moira has entirely absolved herself of guilt. Because she hasn’t. She still thinks about the time she murdered another human being from time to time – you know, as you would.

And that’s all about to come to the fore again as Moira ends up admitting to Matty that she killed Emma – oh, and Adam’s wife Victoria is there while she mentions this too.

Because of course.

So essentially, a whole new batch of people now know about Moira’s murky past meaning that they could turn her into the police at any time.

If this were a real life scenario, that’s probably what would very well happen – but this isn’t real life, it’s a soap, and it’s looking fairly likely that Matty won’t rat on Moira at all, but that the three of them now have a new secret to keep together.

Fun.
