You might think six-year-old Riley Dashwood is some sort of genius (or magician) when you first watch this cool trick shot video, but it turns out she and her dad just have a lot of patience.
The little cutie appears to have no problem tossing a piece of bread straight into a toaster from over her shoulder, without looking. She does the same with a DVD – managing to get it in the player behind her – and a toothbrush, which lands perfectly in a cup after throwing it over her shoulder. See for yourself…
Wondering how she did it? You’d be forgiven for thinking the shots are fake, but the truth is Riley and her dad spent hours, and in some cases days, perfecting the cool manoeuvres. In fact, it took 64 shots to get the paper ball into the yellow bowl, almost 300 attempts to land the tennis ball into the same bowl, 12 times to get the spoon in the cup, 36 shots over two days at getting the milk to land in the fridge, 54 shots with the toast and 136 with the toothbrush. The long cardboard tube near the beginning of the clip? That took just one attempt to land upright.
The cute clip joins other videos on Riley’s YouTube channel, Riley Diary, which features cute and funny content, like the funny video below, which shows Riley pulling emoji faces. As a caption under the video on YouTube reads, who needs emoji when you have a face like this?
