Welsh mum left heartbreaking Valentine’s gifts for her children before she was found dead

A couple of days ago, 31-year-old Lisa Williams from Anglesey in Wales shared an image to her Facebook of a valentine’s card and five chocolate bars she was posting for her children to receive on Valentine’s Day.

A short time later, the young mum-of-five was found dead on a local beach.

The card, with the Welsh word Cariad (meaning love) on the front, was posted on her Facebook profile with the message: “Hope this arrives in time Valentine’s Day.”

The mother, who, according to MailOnline, had recently separated from her husband, had bought each of her five children their favourite chocolate bar, and went on to list who each chocolate was for in her card.

In the card, Williams had also enclosed a silver necklace for her daughter.

Only a day later, Williams’ body was found badly burned by a security guard at a popular beach on Anglesey.

According to local police, the 31-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene and whilst no formal identification has taken place officers said they “believe she is a local woman and enquiries are underway to locate and inform her next of kin.”

District Inspector Jason Higgins, at Llangefni Police Station, added: “At this time the death is not being treated as suspicious, and the coroner for north-west Wales has been informed.”
