There’s nothing like the wave of nostalgia and the stomach-crunching giggles when old family photographs somehow resurface. And isn’t there always one of those really retro-looking ones of you cooking in a vintage-looking kitchen with a parent or grandparent? Those cooking dramas were always epic – from the dropping of the eggs to the licking of spoons, the flour-covered faces and then the raw food tummy-aches that ensued.
