Just weeks after they announced they are expecting their first child, Spencer and Heidi Pratt are revealing the gender of their little one.
The news came just as Spencer was heading to bed, with Heidi saying:
“I ran into the room and said, ‘It’s the doctor’s office!’”
“The doctor said, ‘It’s a boy!’ I started screaming,” Heidi told Us Weekly.
The mum-to-be revealed that she had hoped for a boy, while Spencer didn’t have any preference.
“It was in my heart to have a boy. I thought Spencer really used to want a boy, and then a few month ago we had a conversation where he said, ‘Let’s just make sure it’s healthy. Boy or girl, I don’t care.’”
The former star of The Hills also said she’s been getting advice from her old castmates, Kristin Cavallari and Audrina Patridge.
“They both reached out and said congratulations. I’ve actually been in touch with both of them for a while now. And I obviously asked both of them for advice.
“Kristen sent me a whole list of baby things you need in the first few months, which has been really helpful.”
