Jenna Jameson is being ridiculed for sharing a nude labour photo.
The entrepreneur and former pornographic film actress took to Instagram this week to celebrate the birthday of her daughter, Batel Lu.
The infant turned one this week, so mum Jenna decided to mark the occasion by sharing a few photos of the pair’s journey together.
She wrote:
“Happy first birthday my beautiful Batel. We’ve completed our first time around the sun together.
“I can’t wait for our future trips. I waited so long for you my little angel, thank you for making me a better woman.”
Among the photos was one of Jenna in a birthing pool waiting for her daughter to arrive.
Soon after the mum shared the photo on Instagram Stories, people began saying that she was only doing so “for attention” and that she was “desperate for money.”
“Someone is desperate for money or attention,” wrote one person on Facebook. “No one cares… washed up porn star.”
“Seems really stupid to me,” said another.
“She’s making her daughter’s birthday about her,” said someone else. “True narcissist.”
Chances are though that if it wasn’t Jenna Jameson who shared the photo, but somebody traditionally ‘wholesome’ like Holly Willoughby, there wouldn’t have been as much uproar.
Instead, it’s likely the photo would be seen as a beautiful and natural depiction of birth… which it is.
