This mum of twins Instagram account is literally all the goals!
Ayumi Omori has been documenting her twins’ naps since they were tiny babas.
However as the babies have grown, the creative mama has become even more elaborate in her costumes and set ups.
She has documented the adventures of Ichika and Taichi, paying homage to classic films, giving them new jobs, and even showing them getting up to hijinks with celebrities like Kermit the Frog.
The mum says she observes their positions once they’ve fallen asleep, and then masterminds whatever wacky scenario will be on the agenda for the day’s nap time.
Beyond the incredibly intricate and inspiring scenes she creates, I’m just impressed that she is willing to risk potentially waking them up.
I barely so much as look at my toddler when the rare and sacred act of a midday nap is taking place, lest he immediately wakes up, never mind dress him in elaborate costumes and surround him with props!
