Actress Teresa Palmer Had An Unusual Way of Explaining Birth To Her Son Bodhi

The stork narrative is a classic. Then there’s the old “the baby comes out of mummy’s tummy” line. But we’ve never heard of someone using this technique before.

Having your second child is, of course, an exciting time but it can be a time where you find yourself dealing with some tricky questions from your firstborn.

They are understandably curious about the impending arrival and their curious little minds are trying to get to grips with where their baby brother or sister will come from.

The son of actress Teresa Palmer is no different but her method for explaining the birthing process to two-year-old Bodhi is quite unusual. Accurate but unusual.

According to the Australian star’s latest video blog, she and her boy sat down and watched his birth video together.

She revealed:

“He can really really express himself and his emotions, and we can talk about everything… it seems like he really understands the concept of a new baby coming…

I’ve been showing him so many videos. We watched his birth video together and I was explaining that that’s what’s going to happen with our baby. He calls the baby his baby which I think is a good sign.”

Teresa and her husband Mark Webber, who tied the knot in 2013, are due to welcome their second son later this year.
