Baby Spedi could be arriving a lot sooner than planned.
Reality TV stars Heidi and Spencer Pratt have revealed they could become first time parents a lot earlier than planned after learning Heidi is already 1 cm dilated.
And the news from the doctor’s office was a bit of a surprise for the former Celebrity Big Brother stars, who were originally given a due date of October 19.
Heidi revealed on Instagram stories:
“Well this doctor visit was a little different to what I thought.
“I’m about 1 cm dilated and we’re just hoping he doesn’t come too early!”
The couple, who tied the knot in April 2009, were also told that the baby had flipped.
Heidi cheered in another clip:
“He’s officially flipped.
“Yeah! Optimal birthing position!”
And with their little one possibly arriving any day now, the pair quickly set out on a day filled with last minute chores – including picking up a preemie outfit…just in case.
Heidi added on Instagram:
“Well we had to stop by the store and I got a little preemie outfit in case he comes early.
“He is coming early. I just hope not too early.”
But it sounds like Spencer is hoping for a little more time, as he insisted their son is “not coming early.”
He added:
“Stay in that belly, boy!”
