Mum-of-Three Gets Thousands of Instagram Fans By Showing Off Her Post-Baby Body

The transformation that a woman’s body undergoes when she is pregnant is nothing short of amazing and it is a permanent change.

For many mums, including Marissa Fearon, it takes time to accept this change.

But she is doing something incredibly positive by sharing her journey and showing off her post-baby body on Instagram.

The mum-of-three has amassed thousands of fans by being open and honest about her efforts to get fit following her pregnancies.

Alongside the above snap, she wrote:

“realizing that my stomach will never look like some of the girls that inspired me to start bbg has probably been the hardest part of this journey. I still struggle with the fact that after 3 kids in 4 years it will never ever look the way sometimes I wish it would.

“I will always have loose skin. It will probably always be a 10 shades lighter because even though I am more comfortable in my own skin than I ever have been, I still get self conscious baring it for the world to see. It will always be marked.

“But it bares the marks of my sweet babies. My sweet babies that grew inside of it. Learning to love and appreciate our bodies for what they are now is the bravest thing a mama can do & every day I feel braver and stronger than ever… I am proud of this stomach, even if it less than perfect. Perfect is boring anyways.”

Here are a few more of her inspirational snaps (we love the fact that she eats what she wants)…

Missed #transformationtuesday so I’m bringing it to ya today! Sue me! ? 33 weeks separate these photos. That’s 8 months. 8 months of sweating, cursing, jumping, squatting, lunging, stepping, pressing & just moving in general. These changes don’t happen over night & you have to WORK for it. But in my opinion, it is the best & most satisfying kind of work. I am a different person now than I was 8 months ago. I am comfortable in my own skin, I am stronger, I am healthier, I am happier for my kids, I am embracing my imperfections & I had the courage to make some tough life changes. And none of those things would have been possible if I hadn’t made the decision 8 months ago that I was going to get fit and healthy for good! If I can do it, anyone can! In other news – week 21 arms today was insane. So much sweat and swearing haha. In and out push-ups followed by commandos followed by caterpillar walks followed by mountain climber push-ups. I mean come on ?. But it’s done! And so is HIIT for the week ?. Hope you ladies are having a happy hump day! ?
