Sophie Ellis Bextor has taken to Instagram to say that she is proud of her post-baby figure.
The singer, who has four kids, was apparently out with her husband Richard Jones recently when someone thought she was pregnant.
She uploaded the picture above and explained: “When @richardjonesface and I went out the other night, I wore quite a tight frock. I considered wearing stupid underwear to make me look trimmer but I decided not to as a) I wanted to be comfy and b) I don’t mind the shape I’m in.
“Later that eve a lady thought I was pregnant. Obviously, not thrilling, but just to say : I don’t mind that 7 months after a baby, that happened.
“Hey this is what it looks like when you’ve had a baby sometimes (not to pass any judgement on those mums who go back to their former shape quicker). I’ve had 4 kids. I don’t have a flat tummy. This is OK.”

Not only do we love the fact that Sophie is all about celebrating her fabulous figure but we also like that she didn’t feel the need to wear structured underwear (which we all know can be REALLY uncomfortable).
The 37-year-old and her other half tied the knot in 2005 and have four children together: Sonny (12) Kit (7), Ray (4) and Jesse (7 months).
