New Wrist Monitor Helps You Identify Stressful Situations and People

A new wrist monitor has been developed which claims to help you identify and deal with situations which cause you stress.

The ‘WellBe’ – which easily raised the funds required on Kickstarter – claims to be an “anti-stress biofeedback bracelet and app.”

It works by tracking the user’s heart rate and applying an algorithm which determines stress levels. This information is then sent to the app so that the person can identify stress triggers.

The accessory also suggests tips to help the wearer calm down and cites health benefits including improved sleep, reduced high blood pressure and less headaches.

While we reckon that we could easily pinpoint the situations that stress us out (bedtime, school time, pickup time…) without a piece of technology, it could show some interesting findings in terms of who we should be avoiding.

The gadget is not on sale yet but it is believed that it will hit the market soon. Find out more here.
