Hello! We’re so glad you’ve joined us in our mission to get you (and your kids) 1 per cent healthier every day on our 100 Days To Health programme. We’ve teamed up with the Health and Wellness Coaches over at MindHerBody to help you reach your full potential this summer through health, exercise and wellbeing.
We’ll motivate and inspire you on the journey through our wellness programme: there’s really easy daily fitness exercises, health advice, healthy recipes, easy food swaps, and motivational tips coming your way.
MindHerBody’s Jen Feighery, who runs a 90-day personalised programme, has lent us some of her health know-how to help you (and us!) to get truly healthy this Summer.
It’s all about allowing women to redefine their mind, self, and body.
The MindHerBody (MHB) programme motivates, educates and inspires you to achieve your goals. Get to know yourself as a person and figure out your “why?” in life. “It’s about learning how to adopt a positive mindset and identifying the things that motivate you,” say Jen.
Over the next 100 days, Jen will inspire us to get real results with an easy-to-follow programme – one key exercise every day, plus lots of nutrition advice, and easy-to-follow recipes that fit into a mum’s busy lifestyles.
