Like toddlers across the world, it looks like Prince George will be asking Santa for something with wheels on this Christmas.
Last week The Duchess of Cambridge revealed that her two-year-old tot is ‘obsessed’ with tractors, as well as combine harvesters and anything with ‘big wheels’.
Lucky for little George he’s got all the good connection, so while he may still be in nappies, the future King of England has already landed himself his first pair of serious wheels. According to his proud mum, the tot loves to drive his miniature toy tractor around the grounds of his Norfolk home.
The miniature tractor costs €140 (Littlewoods.ie) and is from agricultural company, John Deere, which holds a royal warrant to supply his grandmother, the Queen, with farm and garden machinery.
The bright green and yellow plastic toy has a front loader and tipping digger bucket, which we are sure little George is getting great fun out of playing with.
George’s godmother, Zara Phillips, is a brand ambassador for the company and received a similar tractor at the Chelsea Flower Show earlier this year.
And while tractors may be his current favourite, his mum could also tell how George is obsessed with helicopters, ‘just like his Daddy.’ Apparently, the tot knows all the different colours and like to ask his dad about all the different parts.
Is your tot as obsessed with tractors and diggers as George of Cambridge? Here are some great tips if you want to give Santa a little helping hand:
