Cork-born, Surrey-based fashion blogger and model Eimear Varian Barry has given birth to her second child, a baby daughter named Harper.
The avid photographer, who was recently signed by Models1 in their Social Talent category, shared a short silent video of the new arrival sleeping peacefully in her crib soon after her birth with her 50,000 Instagram fans.
Earlier this week, Eimear shared snaps from a hospital bed, keeping her followers up too date on the baby’s progress as she awaited her due date.

Eimear and her partner Daniel have a two-year-old daughter named Saoirse, who regularly appears with her Mummy in styled shoots and blog posts.
When she’s not hard at work, the globe-trotting stylist is vocal about the challenges of motherhood as well as the joys. Speaking to HerFamily.ie last year on the topic of breastfeeding, she said:
“I’ve learned that this is a tricky one to talk about. And I’ve learned to TRY and keep my mouth shut about it, each mother to their own. I just feel so strongly about it. I guess it comes from my mother (hippie, free spirit, poet, one of those ‘comfortable walking around the house naked’ people). She breastfed us all for a year and openly chatted about it with us as kids.”
But luckily for all of us living vicariously through her blog posts on this side of the pond, there’s plenty of room for glamour in her hectic life: one of her most recent blog posts features a pregnancy shoot at 36 weeks with the photographer Marc Hayden, including this gorgeous image:
